DAVID W. PARENTO
Senior Associate
David joined Chrysalis in 2006 as an Associate. He provides analytical and transactional support to the investment team for Chrysalis' three primary investment sectors: healthcare services and technology, media and communications, and business services.

Prior to Chrysalis, David worked for Davis Polk & Wardwell as an Associate in their Menlo Park, London, and New York offices where he specialized in M&A, private equity, and capital market transactions.

David has a BA from Yale University, a JD from Vermont Law School, and MSc, Management from the Stanford Graduate School of Business where he was a Sloan Fellow.
