Jeremy manages the firm’s accounting, finance and administrative operations. He initially joined Chrysalis in 2008 as a Fund Accounting Manager, responsible for accounting functions, financial analysis and regulatory functions. During this time he also served as acting CFO of CV III portfolio company Chronicity.
Prior to Chrysalis, Jeremy spent 4 years in public accounting at Cotton & Allen, PSC, where he planned, performed and supervised audits of privately held companies of up to $50 million of annual revenues.
Jeremy received his MBA in 2012 from Indiana University and his B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Bellarmine University in 2004. He is a Member of the American Institute and Kentucky Society of CPAs.
