iSqFt Repeats Inc. 500 Selection

CINCINNATI – October 19, 2005 – Cincinnati-based construction services firm iSqFt has again
found a place on the Inc. magazine list of the fastest growing private companies in the United
States. Placing 131st on this year’s list, it is the second straight year that the company has
appeared on the Inc. 500.

The company, which has produced a three-year growth of 763%, also ranks third in the
magazine’s construction industry category.

The companies that make up the Inc. 500 list represent the vanguard of American industry,
posting an average three-year sales growth of 769%. Firms on this year’s list generated over
25,000 jobs in the past year alone, a stunning 35% year-over-year increase.

This year’s Inc. 500 ranks privately held companies according to year-over-year sales growth
